Dear Incoming 5th Graders,
I am so excited to meet all of you in just a couple weeks. I have been working hard to get our classroom ready for a year of adventure. In fact, our classroom theme is 'adventure' and I have your first assignment ready for you. You are to bring in a picture (with you in it of course)of one of the adventures you journeyed on this summer. Please write your name on an envelope and include the picture. I will take these on 'Meet the Teacher Night' on Thursday, July 26.
NOTE--If you did not bring this in on Meet the Teacher Night--please bring your picture in by Friday, August 3.
